One dozen Guatemalan worry dolls in cloth bags make great, cheap stocking stuffers and party favors.
According to Guatemalan folklore these miniature dolls (about half an inch high) are given to children who tell them their worries before they go to sleep. They place the worry dolls under their pillow and in the morning the dolls have taken their worries away.
Includes six or so tiny handmade dolls in each cloth bag. Comes with the legend printed on a slip of paper: “According to legend, Guatemalan children tell one worry to each doll when they go to bed at night and place the dolls under their pillow. In the morning the dolls have taken their worries away.”
Handmade in Guatemala from wire and colorful, cotton thread.
Small parts included.They are not suitable for children under three who may put things in their mouths, but older kids love them!
