Terms & Conditions

 

Ordering

  • Our toll free number is 800-444-4208. Our fax number is 707-829-1917. Our email address is Promo@GlobalVillageImports.com. The minimum order is $100.00. Orders less than $100.00 are subject to a $5.00 charge. There is a $3.00 per order handling charge for all orders

 

Terms

  • We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard and COD (check or money order). Credit card payment is accepted at time of purchase only.
  • Net 30 terms are available upon credit approval. Please note that Net 30 means payment is due in our office 30 days from the day your order is shipped from our warehouse. Failure to pay promptly may result in accounts being converted to credit card or COD status.

 

Email List

  • Please sign up for our email list at Promo@GlobalVillageImports.com. We send out five to ten newsletters a year with discounts, product arrivals and price updates. We never share or sell your information and you can unsubscribe at any time.

 

Overdue Accounts and Returned Checks

  • Overdue accounts are subject to interest of 1.5% per month.
  • Checks returned unpaid are subject to a fee of up to $25 plus interest of 1.5% per month.
  • Accounts with a history of writing bad checks will be converted to Visa/MasterCard or COD money order or cashier’s check only.
  • Collection costs for delinquent accounts will be added to the total amount due.

 

Shortages, Damages & Returns

  • Please notify us as within one week of delivery of any missing or damaged goods.
  • Please do not return merchandise to us without prior authorization.
  • On shipments refused for delivery by customers the customers will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as a 25% restocking fee.
  • Customers who have moved and not notified us will be responsible for any extra shipping charges for delivery attempts to their old address.

 

Foreign Orders – Please note that for orders shipped out of the United States customers are responsible

for paying all brokerage fees and any incoming duties charged by their country’s customs office.

 

Fliers – Please look for our fliers which contain substantial discounts on several items. Remember there is a

$100.00 minimum per order. If you do not wish to be on our mailing list for our fliers let us know and

we’ll save ourselves some postage while saving you some mail sorting time.

 

Price Changes – Prices are subject to change without notice. However, we normally post price changes on our GlobalVillageImports.com website under New Items & Changes / Price Changes and by email for those who have signed up for emails by notifying us at Promo@GlobalVillageImports.com.
